CRISIL Ratings had assigned rating of 'CRISIL AAA/Stable' to non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Mindspace REIT Business Parks of upto Rs 1,750 million.

Further, the credit rating agency has assigned 'CRISIL PP-MLD AAAr/Stable' to long-term Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures of Mindspace REIT of upto Rs 5,000 million.

The credit rating agency has assigned 'CRISIL PP-MLD AAAr/Stable' to long-term Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures of Mindspace REIT of upto Rs 3,750 million.

The credit rating agency has assigned ‘CRISIL AAA/Stable’ to non-convertible debentures of Mindspace REIT of upto Rs 2,000 million and upto Rs 3,000 million each. The rating agency assigned 'CRISIL A1+' to Commercial Papers of Mindspace REIT upto Rs. 2,500 million.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.09, or 0.03%, to settle  at  Rs 281.81.  The total volume of shares traded  was  20,000 at  the BSE (Thursday).
